Duties Include:
- Filing, copying, mailings, ordering office supplies, processing invoices, maintaining equipment
- Plan and execute events including schedule preparation, programs creation and other relative documents.
- Handle confidential information
- Light housekeeping.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Provide guidance on company processes and procedures and share learnings
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Excel software is required
- Professional appearance.
- Proven ability to provide empathy and remain positive and supportive in highly stressful situations is required.
- Physically able to climb stairs throughout the day.
- A degree/diploma would be an asset
