Description:

Duties Include:

  • Filing, copying, mailings, ordering office supplies, processing invoices, maintaining equipment
  • Plan and execute events including schedule preparation, programs creation and other relative documents.
  • Handle confidential information
  • Light housekeeping.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Provide guidance on company processes and procedures and share learnings
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Excel software is required
  • Professional appearance.
  • Proven ability to provide empathy and remain positive and supportive in highly stressful situations is required.
  • Physically able to climb stairs throughout the day.
  • A degree/diploma would be an asset
