Our client is looking for an administrative assistant in immigration services department.

Location: Don Mills, Toronto

Job Description:

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Filing ,scanning and uploading documents
  • Data Entry
  • Compose routine correspondence
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Reception duties and administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ Year administrative experience
  • Must be an efficient with MS Office, Google Docs and search engines
  • Comfortable working in a team as well as independently
  • Good typing skills
  • Experience in immigration department is an asset
  • keen attention to details
  • Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Gujarati is an asset
