• Must speak, read, and write in French and English fluently
• 2+ years' of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre setting
• Prior insurance industry experience a bonus
• Superior customer service skills
• Professional, composed, enthusiastic, and enjoys a fast pace
• Can multitask, has great time management, and can solve issues independently
