Our client located in Winnipeg is looking for an experienced Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be positive, friendly and be able to cope with a busy workload. This is a full time, term position.
Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
• Greeting and directing clients in a professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate department personnel
• Sending faxes and distribute incoming faxes a required
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Sending and receiving daily couriers
• Filing, photocopying, typing of correspondence, memos and minutes as required
• Maintain logs for couriers, faxes and photocopying
• Order and maintain office supplies
Qualifications:
• High School or College Diploma.
• 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Fluently Bilingual (French/English).
• Ability to multi task.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
