  • Providing technical expertise

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail
  • Provide information on products, services and processes.
  • Providing information and support regarding products, warranties, and guarantees
  • Maintain database of customer data and information
  • Assist with data entry and analytics
  • Maintain relationship dealers and representatives
  • Assist with TSA processes
  • Program data management support

Requirements

  • MUST be bilingual - English and French; Written and oral French language skills
  • Customer focused, and results oriented
  • Strong communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Team player, deadline driven, and a positive attitude
