Branch Manager - Profit Centre

Our client with over 400 locations in USA and Canada is seeking a Branch Manager for Profit Centre. 

 

Description:

 

You will lead a division of motivated service orientated sales teams as they provide the customers within the mining and municipal markets of piping and fusion products with an outstanding product.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

As Profit Centre Branch Manager, your responsibility is to ensure that higher levels of customer service are achieved throughout all departments.

Duties include:

• sales growth within the market segments
• day to day supervision and management of staff (5) and assets
• people development 
• budget, expense and inventory control
• health and safety
• corporate initiatives
• programs and policies
• managing an assigned sales territory.

Must haves:

• You possess a post secondary education
• Industry (piping and fusion products) experence and strong asset
• Team based environment
• Strong organizational, communication and PC skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience both inside and outside
• Prior supervisory experience an asset
