Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help on full time basis .

Wage: $12/Hr

Shifts: Work 5 days of the week , 11 AM to 11 pm , Monday to Sunday

What You'll Do:

• Managing incoming calls and taking care of customer complaints
• Provide customer service to customers, resolving queries and providing information needed
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Maintaining call center database by entering information

Who We're Looking For:

• Clear and concise English
• Well developed presentation and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer support preferred
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Good typing speed with 30-35 wpm

Please note candidates should be available to work any 5 days in a 7 day period.

8 Hour shifts occur between 11 am to 11 pm .
