Selling Employee Benefit products to businesses

Your day will consist of:

Sales 85%

  • Creating a plan and implementing your sales objectives
  • Identify new business and sales opportunities
  • Preform prospecting calls and gathering information to close the deal
  • Weekly sales updates to management team

Sales Support 15%

  • Prepare all sales paper work and flow
  • Move final sale to after sales team
  • Document all calls using CRM

* Reporting to Assistant Manager and Employee Benefits Manager

* All licensing and designations will be paid for, training paid in full

* Preference given to Business Studies students and graduates

* No travel

Compensation: 

  • $37,000 to start with uncapped commission. Year two employees see an average of $60,000 or higher
