Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated Factory Workers to join our production team. The successful candidates will ensure that our products meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products being produced and packaged adhere to quality specifications.
• Arrive to work on time with all necessary tools to perform tasks.
• Dispose of waste or defective products in the correct containers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area throughout and after each shift.
• Collaborate closely with other crew members to achieve production goals.
• Follow all job procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
• Adhere to health and safety rules as detailed in the employee handbook.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent, with basic math skills.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process.
• Dependable team player with punctuality.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attendance and strong work habits.
• Experience with safety awareness in a factory or manufacturing environment.
