We are looking for Customer Driven candidates for roles handling Leasing & Administration Assistant duties in Residential Property Management in Ottawa .

Great opportunity if you want to work in Property Management and if you want to work less than full time. Full time opportunity may be available in the future. If you enjoy performing sales and customer service to the public you may be a great fit for role.

Location : Ottawa, ON

Part Time - 3 days a week (Mon, Weds 10 am to 7 pm & Sat 10 am to 4 pm)

Wage : $18.00 an hour

Responsibilities :

Leasing :

  • promote property to prospective tenants; encourage and conduct viewings of the property
  • qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
  • promote leasing agreement opportunities to obtain commitment to rent

Customer Service:

  • Interact with tenants and prospective tenant by phone, email, walk-in inquiries
  • listen, understand and handle any questions and concerns related to residential property

Administration :

  • keep up to date inventory of available units
  • collect all pertinent information of prospects and applications
  • provide all required information and documentation to prospects and residents
  • coordinate move in and move outs

Requirements :

  • 2 years experience in Leasing/Sales
  • experience in Property Managment and RTA and asset
  • Must have driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • knowledge of Yardi software an asset
  • must be driven, able to work with limited direction and desire to succeed for self, company and residents
  • candidates considered for hire will need to complete a criminal record check
