Staffmax is currently partnering with a valued client in Downtown Winnipeg to fill a crucial, customer facing office clerk role. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience with general office procedures, data entry, and databases, we encourage you to apply.
 

Location: Downtown Winnipeg, MB

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Position: Temporary

Contract length: 2 months with chance of extension

Key Criteria:

  • Administrative Support: Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and familiarity with general office procedures.

  • Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry and working with databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and take direction effectively.

  • Independence: Capable of taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Confidentiality: Adept at handling and maintaining confidential information.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry 

  • Electronic and physical filing

  • Interacting with customers

  • Occasionally handling photocopying tasks.
