Our client, located in Winnipeg, is looking for several Help Desk/IT Support staff to their employees

Job Description:

  • 3 agents needed - Off-site and remote access PIN PAD troubleshooting
  • Providing help desk support and troubleshooting.
  • Hours of work: M-Th, 6am-12pm off on Fridays
  • Pay $14-14.25 hour

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience with IT Help Desk
  • PC installation and scanner experience
  • Networking Experience
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience working with POS systems and environments.
  • Agents would be working specifically on an Upgrade/Installation project
  • Car needed, client is currently at Route 90/Mc Phillips but relocating to McGillivray area
  • Comfortable with Installations and training via phone and remote access

Position will require training (paid) May 21, 2019 and job will run until August 31, 2019. Possibility of being hired afterwards part-time
