Our client here in Winnipeg, is seeking a motivated Personal Lines CSR Insurance Broker Level II. Our service is free to use for candidates.
Details:
Duties
- Explain and match insurance products and services based on customer needs including Autopac products
- Pro-actively and actively submit and process all documentation
- Prepare and communicate all policy documentation
- Be the point of contact for customers regarding annual renewals
- Assist customers with any insurance requests
- Complete claim information and communicate with insurance company
- File documents and paperwork with accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns, involving Manager as necessary
- Process necessary paperwork and update computer system in a timely manner
- Collection of accounts
- Assist with training of junior staff
- Point of contact for Auto Brokers questions
- Assist with Autopac as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Requirements:
- General Insurance License Level II
- Strong customer service and strong problem solving skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- TAM software a strong asset
Compensation and other important details:
- Hours: 9:30-5:30 Monday - Friday
- Able to work 1 evening and 1 Saturday per month
