Our client needs a professional, high end, and skilled Receptionist to start as soon as possible. We're looking for someone very professional with strong administrative skills.

Hours are 8-12:30 daily M-F and the contract runs up to Dec. 2019 with possibility of extension.

Duties Include:

  • Provide first class image of corporation via superior presentation and customer service
  • Provide administrative support for various departments, daily deposits, in and outgoing mail, couriers, and interoffice mail
  • Maintain and purchase office/kitchen supplies
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Support and back up for the Executive Assistant

What We Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a receptionist
  • Administration post-secondary education is an asset
  • Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed and can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
