Our ideal team member and what’s involved

 

• An enthusiastic and motivated person to manage and build a busy recruitment desk
• 2-3 years’ experience at a Staffing Agency or an Executive Search environment
• The ability to build great relationships with clients and candidates
• A bright, outgoing personality to enjoys being around like-minded colleagues
• Using those excellent relationship building skills to build a strong network
• Use your friendly and professional demeanour with offer negotiations
• Booking and attending client meetings
• Interviewing, reference checking, and submitting candidates
• Use network and various social media for proactive sourcing of new candidates
• Writing eye-catching and spectacular job ads to attract top talent
