Our client an industry leader that has a successful 30 year track record of satisfied customers across North America and around the world is hiring for an experienced Sales Executive.
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of business to business sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record of sales success and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience with CRM software
- Goldmine and/or QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
- Ability to travel to trade shows in North American and Internationally (approx. 4-6 weeks travel/year)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent is required

What you will do:
- Process orders through incoming calls or emails from customers, following our sales process
- Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers, on-site visits, and contacting inactive accounts
- Maintain relationships with current clients by answering questions, providing information and guidance
- Identify new business opportunities by mining alternative prospects and evaluating their potential
- Actively participate and contribute new ideas during sales meetings
- Maintain professional technical knowledge by reviewing applicable publications and networking in the industry
