• Journeyman Red-Seal Truck/Transport Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can provide first class service to our customers and our team.  The successful candidate will use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues and develop cost effective solutions for customer.  We offer opportunities for ongoing training to help you develop your skills further.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Include performing Inspections, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.

You will also receive extensive training on the latest technology developments with regard to engine, drive-train, chassis and truck components. Take advantage of our our in-house Training Academy to develop your skills further and be among the highest trained and most knowledgeable technicians in Canada.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as a heavy duty truck technician (apprentice)

• knowledgeable in the areas of diagnostics & repairs of industry leading products

• Commitment to pride in your workmanship

• Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external customers

• Be open to learning new things including interest in being up to date on the latest technology

• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's licence, with the ability to update to a Class 3 within 1 year, training provided.

Wage expectations:

• Apprentice Truck Technician: $21.50 to $30 per hour.

• Journeyman Red-Seal Technician - $37.50 per hour.
