Electrician
Must haves:
- Red Seal Journeyman HI Ticket
- Ability to work shift work (12 hour) for excellent pay
- Understanding you will be working in a CLEAN environment
Responsibilities to include are:
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, install, and modify electrical/electronic controls for production machinery and building needs, AC/DC motors and speed controls.
- Maintain inventory for electrical/electronic parts and components.
- Ensure you and co-workers are following safety regulations.
- Daily work timesheets and call back reports are complete
- Coordinate with other trades.
- Preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Work during the scheduled shutdown to complete tasks, including call-ins and OT
- Work in an ISO 9001 standards.
Experience to include:
- Previous electrical experience and converting equipment and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Up-to-date with revisions of electrical codes
- Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of logic and ladder diagrams
- PLCs
- Possess a concept of supervisory microprocessor control and interface
