Job Description:
Staffmax is currently hiring 2 experienced 5 Ton Delivery Drivers for a client based out of Home Depot in Winnipeg. This role involves delivering a variety of items including drywall, lumber, appliances, BBQs, and other large products to customers. Drivers will be supported by a helper for heavy deliveries.

Schedule:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Start time: 5:45 AM
- Approximately 13-hour shifts
- Note: Schedule may transition to a rotating shift in the future
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $19.50 – $21/hour (based on experience; open to market discussion)
- 3 weeks vacation
- Health benefits starting Day 1
- RSP eligibility after 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 5-ton delivery truck
- Deliver products to residential and commercial locations
- Load/unload items with the assistance of a helper
- Use mobile app for delivery schedules and customer signatures
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or relatively clean driver abstract
- Experience driving a 5-ton truck preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (with assistance)
- Comfortable working long shifts and physically demanding tasks
- Basic comfort using smartphone apps for delivery
