Location: Notre Dame
Shift:
- 7.75 hours, Monday to Friday – 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM (with some flexibility in start time)

Wage: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Efficiently receive and process both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices, maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while understanding Canadian taxes.
- Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Payroll: Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with union agreements and accurate payouts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly accrual reports, contributing to our financial transparency.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain employee files, keeping our records in impeccable order.
- Client Billing: Create and dispatch invoices promptly, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
- Vendor and Customer Contracts: Assist in the establishment and management of vendor and customer contracts.
- Telephone Operations: Skillfully handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office and break room supplies, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Data Entry: Enter shipping logistics and material orders into our computer systems efficiently.
- Typing Skills: Demonstrate a typing speed of 65 WPM, facilitating productivity.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.) is a must.
- Customer Service: Uphold excellent customer service standards in all interactions.
- Professionalism: Greet visitors to the organization with a warm and welcoming demeanor, leaving a positive impression.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume Accounts Payable roles, with a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in the English language.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations is required.
- Typing speed of 65 WPM or higher.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
