Role & Skills:
• Five or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with API Design and Development on the Cloud as well as on premise environments
• Experience with API design techniques and strategies for API evolution
• Experience with API security& API governance and how it applies in practice
• Experience with API Gateway Design Patterns
• Experience with Open Source Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, YAML, OPENAPI, Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes, Consul, Jira, Jenkins, Elastic, Kafka, Kabana, Logstash, Zookeeper
• Experience with Java
• Knowledge of OAuth and OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of Web Application Security
• Domain modeling and an understanding of domain driven design
• RESTful principles
• API platforms such as Apigee, IBM API Connect, or other similar products
• Microservice topologies and Distributed Systems
