Our client in the Western part of Ottawa is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to cover for a maternity leave.
Duties Include:
- Assist with reviewing credit applications and generate client correspondence on results
- Help with the management, entering, creation, and editing of invoices
- Posting of daily cash receipts and compiling bank deposits
- Perform filing for the A/R department
- Maintain accounts receivable files for new and existing customers
- Creates reports and prepares monthly reports for management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service orientation
- Previous with administration and data entry
- Possess high level of initiative, personal responsibility, high productivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office Programs (MS Excel, Word and Office)
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working contract role for the duration of 6-12 months
