Our client in the Western part of Ottawa is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to cover for a maternity leave.

Duties Include:

  • Assist with reviewing credit applications and generate client correspondence on results
  • Help with the management, entering, creation, and editing of invoices
  • Posting of daily cash receipts and compiling bank deposits
  • Perform filing for the A/R department
  • Maintain accounts receivable files for new and existing customers
  • Creates reports and prepares monthly reports for management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service orientation
  • Previous with administration and data entry
  • Possess high level of initiative, personal responsibility, high productivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Office Programs (MS Excel, Word and Office)
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working contract role for the duration of 6-12 months
