Staffmax is looking for Account Executive - Construction Technology for one of their client in Canada, 2 Roles – Base Salary $80,000 – 85,000 + 8% Commission + Benefits + Mileage + Expenses. Apply Now.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with leadership
- Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build relationships and create new logo opportunities
- Responsible for inbound lead qualification, as well as outbound lead generation
- Respond to requests from inbound leads who want more information
- Research and identify qualified targets / projects for sales outreach using a variety of online sources, publications, and databases
- Build relationships with prospects by cold calling, email nurturing, conducting product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and account information within our CRM (Hubspot) from qualification through to close
- Support sales & marketing activities at industry events, including identifying and researching target attendees, outreach, and securing meetings
- Achieve key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics
- Exhibit good time management and organizational skills
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to communicate customer needs, feedback, and insights
Our ideal candidate has:
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant technology field
- Experience in building construction, project management, ConTech, and construction insurance is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English
- Strong track record of success in lead prospecting, inside sales or outside sales-based selling models, account management
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in developing trusted relationships and strong social skills
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Motivation to make an impact in a fast-paced growing company
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce)
