Staffmax is looking for Account Manager in Mississauga. This is a full time permanent position.
Location: Mississauga, ON
$ 90,000 – 95,000 + Commission (TBD) + Benefits 100 % paid by employer )+ RSP Plan + Car Allowance (TBD)+ Cell Phone
Flexible Hours + Hybrid

Purpose of the role: To continually increase profitable revenue through existing client expansion and new account acquisition.

Qualifications:

Business Administration Degree/Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience

Skills:

The ability to build and develop personal relationships with customers, the confidence to talk with potential new customers as well as existing customers.
The ability to execute a complete customer discovery to determine needs and determine creative value-added solutions to those needs.
Superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
General mathematical and budgeting skills
Strong emphasis on customer service.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in the construction or traffic control or related industries.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
