Account Manager- Ottawa

Staffmax is looking for Account Manager in Mississauga. This is a full time permanent position. 

Location: Ottawa, ON
$ 90,000 – 95,000 + Commission (TBD) + Benefits 100 % paid by employer )+ RSP Plan + Car Allowance (TBD)+ Cell Phone

Flexible Hours  + Hybrid

Purpose of the role: To continually increase profitable revenue through existing client expansion and new account acquisition.

Qualifications: Business Administration Degree/Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience
- 3 plus years of Direct Sales related experience in a similar Industry.

The ability to build and develop personal relationships with customers, the confidence to talk with potential new customers as well as existing customers.
- The ability to execute a complete customer discovery to determine needs and determine creative value-added solutions to those needs.
- Superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- General mathematical and budgeting skills
- Strong emphasis on customer service.

Experience:
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
