Account Manager Road Signage

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is looking for a Sales Manager in Kamloops BC. Our client is eyeing expansion and pure growth. This role will assist with the development of more hubs. 

This is a full-time permanent position. Hybrid role. 

• $ 90,000  ($60,000 plus $30k commission) Client is open to a discussion with right experience to pay higher.

• Business Administration Degree/Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience

• The ability to build and develop personal relationships with customers, the confidence to talk with potential new customers as well as existing customers.
• The ability to execute a complete customer discovery to determine needs and determine creative value-added solutions to those needs.
• Superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• General mathematical and budgeting skills
• Strong emphasis on customer service.

• 3-5 years of experience in construction sales or traffic control sales or related industries.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
