Salary: $45k to $50k + Benefits
Full-Time & Permanent
Duty Description:
- Book-keeping, Keeping accurate records of payments from customers;
- Managing customer deductions, including customer rebate, price variance, shortages, returns etc.
- Managing Customer Receivables: sending invoices and weekly statement to customers, follow up payment status.
Basic Requirement:
- Major: Accounting and Finance related;
- Working experience: At least one year of working experience in the Corporate accounting department, or in Accounting firm.
Other requirements:
- Good at using Excel;
- Have experience in using accounting software such as QB/Oracle/SAP.
