Location: Gateway Rd and Brunett Ave intersection
Job Type: Full-time, with a temporary period leading to permanent status after three months of probation.
Pay:$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable: Efficiently manage incoming payments, invoice customers accurately, and maintain up-to-date records.
Financial Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records and assist with financial reporting.
Communication: Collaborate closely with our office and field staff to ensure a seamless financial process.
Problem Solving: Tackle financial challenges head-on and propose process improvements.
Tech-Savvy: Utilize QuickBooks and Smart Service to streamline financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable.
