Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Support Admin with experience in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP). This role supports the daily administrative operations of the company while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, filing, and handling incoming calls.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
