Accounts Receivable Specialist

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our client near Polo Park/Sargent and Empress with finding an Accounts Receivable Permanent Full Time Specialist
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Processing of full-cycle accounts receivable
• Creating invoices, ensuring accuracy and submission to vendors in a timely manner
• Processing payments, application of funds to appropriate accounts
• Posting payments, working closely with the GL
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments
• Processing outstanding payments, updating appropriate payment reports
• Liaise with vendors as needed, answering inquiries while providing quality and professional direction
. Back-up support to A/R

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting,
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative
• Strong oral and written communication skills 

About the Job
·         The yearly approx. wage for this opportunity is $39-43,000, depending on previous relevant experience.
·         Hours: 8:30-5 PM Monday- Friday
·         For the right individual, we will accept a 3-day per week schedule
·         In the Office role, no hybrid
