Accounts Receivable (Temp - 3 Months)

Staffmax in collaboration with their prestigious client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative with primary responsibilities of reporting of financial data required to complete and maintain ledgers, invoices, daily receipts and accurately prepare bank deposits.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Produce invoices and statements, managing accounts receivable files and records, and reviewing the aging of receivables for compliance assurance.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

· Process, validate, and record all receipts, ensuring account reconciliation and actively pursuing collections for outstanding invoices.

· Address, resolve, or escalate customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

· Handle routine financial transactions, including classification, posting, processing, verification, and invoice reconciliation on a daily basis.

· Manage adjustments, finance charges, and credit memos as necessary.

· Process payments made via credit cards securely and accurately.

· Aid in the monthly and year-end closing procedures.

· Serve as a backup for various administrative roles as needed.

· Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Proven expertise and practical experience in accounting and finance.

· Proficiency in utilizing accounts receivable systems and programs.

· Exceptional mathematical aptitude and adept problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage, including spreadsheets, tailored databases, and reporting tools.

· Some college-level education.
