Join our team in Winnipeg, MB, where Staffmax is partnering with our client to fill a crucial role as an Admin Assistant/Accounts Payables.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm 
Location: Notre Dame Ave 
Term: 1-month with a possible extension
Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for the Accounts Payable inquiry email, conducting research in SAP, responding to inquiries, and redirecting them to the appropriate clerk.
  • Utilize SAP to generate reports and seamlessly transfer data to Excel.
  • Support mailroom clerks by efficiently scanning incoming invoices into SAP using our cutting-edge scanning solution software.
  • Provide assistance with various Accounts Payable processing tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures, with previous experience being advantageous.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Candidates must have undergone a recent clear criminal record check, completed within the last six months. Interviews will be arranged for shortlisted candidates.
