We are assisting one of our clients with the hire of a Admin Asst. & Coordinator. It turns out full-time, temporary- permanent position after 3months for the right candidate.
Term: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: $19-20/hr Location: Mississauga, ON Time: 9am-5:30pm Mon – Fri (Occasional Saturday) Job Duties: • Answers and screens all incoming phone calls. • Creating invoices Quickbook Online • Create Orders in system • Follow up with clients & suppliers • Complete Paper Work • Assist President in day to day activities • Can effectively multi-task, is able to prioritize, and has good Microsoft Office skills. • Maintain Reception area clean and perform other general duties as required. Qualifications: • Experience working as an Administrative Assistance is required • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience • Self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented and heavy multi-tasker • Strong organizational skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills If you have a positive attitude and are looking to be an integral part of a small team, this is the position for you! |
