Staffmax is assistant in Winnipeg, MB for an Admin worker to work in the Finance Department.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Term: January 2023 to March 31st, 2023
Location: Downtown Winnipeg, MB
Wage: $14.50 per hour

  • Assisting in the research and review for the Affordability Payment program. 
  • Updating information in Excel spreadsheets. 
  • Calling taxpayers and responding to emails. 
  • Compiling information for cancellation lists. 
  • Completing Stop Payment Requests. 
  • Sorting and filing documents. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Skills/ Abilities Required:
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently. 
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Experience with Excel and TEAMS. 
  • Customer service experience desired.
  • Ability to carry on customer phone discussions with tact.
