Staffmax is looking to assist our clients with finding reliable Administrative Assistants to fulfill their temporary vacancy needs.

We are looking for junior and experienced Admins and Receptionists who are looking for more casual work and comfortable with being on call. This is perfect for the retiree looking for something to do, the worker in between jobs and still wanting to work, or the junior admin looking to build their skills and experience!

Duties:

- Perform a variety of clerical duties at the client’s request
- Typing memos, reports, submissions, etc
- Filing duties assigned
- Acting as the client’s receptionist
- Arranging meetings, travel accommodations
- Compose routine correspondence
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Some administrative experience
- Reception experience an asset
- Post secondary education in Administration
- Superior MS Office and data entry skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
- French bilingual a strong asset
