Staffmax is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

6:00AM - 2:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering, travel, and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
