  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and drivers via email and phone.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored.
  • Handle general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.


  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great customer service skills are a must.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (may adjust to approximately 4:00 pm due to supervisor's hours).
  • Wage: Starting pay $20-22/hr, depending on experience.
  • Term: Temporary to hire position.
