Staffmax is helping our client hire a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract. This role is critical in keeping office operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting internal teams with a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a professional office setting. Key Responsibilities: · Provide general administrative support to various departments · Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments · Draft emails, letters, and internal communications · Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems · Order office supplies and ensure common areas are stocked and tidy · Assist with data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet updates · Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting · Support event planning, internal communications, and other projects as assigned Requirements: · Previous experience in an administrative or office support role · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask · Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and in a team environment This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys being the go-to person to keep things running.
