Our client located in Winnipeg is looking for an Temporary Office Administrator to start as soon as possible. This is a temporary opportunity with a possible permanent. If you are client focused, detailed oriented and a team player, then we want to hear from you!

Wage: $15 per hour
Term: 1-3 month (with possible extension)
Shift: 8:30AM to 4:30PM (Monday to Friday)

Main responsibilities:

• Review and process payroll documents

• Update and maintain employee payroll information

• Maintain employee files

• Answer e-mails and phone calls

• Sort, distribute, and file paperwork

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience performing payroll administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with payroll within unionized environment an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently with a multitude of deadlines and alterations.
  • Data Entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
