We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/AP Clerk to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have experience using Sage 50 to enter invoices, receivables, and print cheques. They will also be able to handle other administrative duties as required in our quiet and not overly busy office.
As our current manager is planning on retiring, the successful candidate will receive mentoring during training. Small company experience is ideal, and the ability to wear many hats is essential, including printing 50 cheques per month, creating 10-12 invoices per month, and answering phones as required.
Experience with Payworks Payroll (optional) and Sage 50 (required) is essential. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and the location is Henry Ave. The wage for this position is $17.50 per hour.
