Description:

We are seeking a mature, responsible individual to fill the role of Auto Parts Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for processing customers’ orders for requested parts related to supplier orders, and other information in accordance with the customers’ request.

Location: Lambton Shores, ON

Pay: $2500-3000/ Monthly

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2+ years proven experience in a front desk reception or administrative, product coordinator, parts counter role with a focus on customer service
  • Process routine customer requests for quotations from telephone, email and other media and from the customer directly.
  • Provide follow up to parts progress including orders to suppliers
  • Customer-centric with a proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory.
  • Must have experience on QuickBooks
