Staffmax is assisting our client in Winnipeg, MB for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant. This position starts ASAP until May 19th, 2023.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Downtown, Winnipeg, MB
Wage: 15.00 per hour
Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated
Duties:
- Creation and maintenance of SharePoint list items related to Projects, Requests, and Resources in response to resourcing requests received.

Tracking of contracted resource requirements/requests.

Consult on contracted resource assignments based on availabilities and feedback from managers.

Meet regularly with Managers and other team members to review resourcing status and follow-up on tasks.

Escalate resourcing needs for creation and submission of RFRs (Requests for Resource).

Provide resourcing status updates to all requestors on a bi-weekly basis.

Communication of work assignments to contracted IT resources.

Tracking of contracted resource assignments across projects and with the branch.

Preparation and submission of Award Recommendation packages

- Ability to analyze business processes and to identify process improvement opportunities.

- Ability to write clearly and concisely for a varied audience.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior staff.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Excel is an asset.
