Staffmax is hiring two Administrative Assistants to work at our client's office in Montreal.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is currently a 2 month contract that could be extended in the short-term. This is a perfect role for a university student or someone who is looking to fill a gap.

The Details:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Term: 2 months with possible extension
  • Hybrid environment - some work-from-home days allowed
  • Location: Dorval - Montreal, QC
  • Wage: $20.00-$22.00/hour plus vacation pay
  • 100% employer paid benefits after 30 days
  • $500 bonus after the term on the condition of strong attendance and performance
  • Will assist the event coordinators with prize solicitation, inventory, coordinating translation, marketing needs, reviewing documentation, prize delivery, and other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Some experience with customer service and administration required
  • Experience with corporate/school/charity events an asset
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Students working on their marketing, business administration, or event planning are welcome to apply
  • Bilingual English and French both oral and written an asset
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Must be located in Montreal as the role is hybrid
  • Can start as soon as possible, but by May 24th the latest
