Our downtown Winnipeg client is seeking a Financial Services Coordinator for a partner within the firm.

Pay and Benefits:
- Depending on experience minimum wage is $45-50k, higher pay if you have a mutual fund certificate and have experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Within 6 months obtain your Mutual Funds license to better assist the partner.
- Professionally handle inquiries from clients via phone and email
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports while ensuring the CRM and client files are up-to-date and in compliance
- A first point of contact for our team, welcoming clients that phone or attend meetings.
- Scheduling of appointments for clients
- Meeting preparation, including statements, summaries and presentations.
- Maintenance and updates of CRM information.
- Prompt and efficient reporting and support for our valued clients.
- Processing client trades, address and beneficiary updates.
- Management of mail and courier services.
- Collaboration in the financial planning process.

Required Experience and Education:
- Experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
- LLQP an asset
- Mutual Fund license an asset but will be obtaining shortly after starting
- Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a sound understanding of insurance and investment products.
- A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
