Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
  • Handle incoming mail, distribute it to the relevant recipients, and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and office supplies management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of insurance policies, claims, and related documents.
  • Requires High level of accuracy in handling documentation and data.
