We are looking for customer service driven candidates for an Admin Coordinator role with a Property Management firm in Calgary, AB to support Managers, Leasing staff and clients/prospective clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • provide customer service and sales approach to inquiring prospective tenants
  • schedule appointments for prospective tenants with Leasing staff
  • ensure documentation for new and renewed leases are complete and accurate
  • Responds and take action to tenant complaints from tenant services as may be required from time to time.
  • Develops and maintains the departmental filing system.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent line of communication among all staff, prospective tenants and tenants.

Education and Skills:

  • Education/skills acquired at post-secondary level or equivalent an asset (e.g. one year community college certificate) is an asset.
  • More than one year and up to and including two years’ experience on current and related jobs is an asset


  • Must be customer service driven, all our employees' customer service efforts provide client with experience they expect
  • committed to be a team player who strives to make each other succeed
  • Yardi/Yardi Voyager software an asset
  • proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly
