We are looking for customer service driven candidates for an Admin Coordinator role with a Property Management firm in Vancouver, BC to support Managers, leasing staff, and clients/prospective clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service and sales techniques to inquiring prospective tenants
- Schedule appointments for prospective tenants with Leasing staff
- Ensure documentation for new and renewed leases are complete and accurate
- Respond and take action to tenant complaints
- Develops and maintains the departmental filing system
- Develops and maintains an excellent line of communication among all staff, prospective tenants and current residents

Education and Skills:

- Education/skills acquired at post-secondary level or equivalent an asset (e.g. one year community college certificate) is an asset
- More than one year and up to and including two years experience on current and related jobs is an asset

Requirements:

- Must be customer service driven
- Yardi/Yardi Voyager software an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly
