Staffmax is assisting our Wealth management client in finding an Office Coordinator/ Wealth Management Assistant
Location: North East Winnipeg - Henderson Hwy.
Salary Range: $41,800 - $50,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 8-4pm
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating a positive experience for clients
  • Manage implementation of all transactions and account changes
  • Follow up on processed transactions
  • Maintain client files and run reports
  • Analyze data and complete/process electronic documents for clients
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client files in accordance with regulatory bodies
  • Have high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills and organization skills
  • Technological abilities
  • Confident using Outlook, Adobe, and Excel
  • Be the "office Coordinator" to help the team
  • Good at communication and able to develop into a role that learns more industry knowledge
  • Additional duties will be added when appropriate

Requirements:
  • Experience in wealth management or a related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Strong technological abilities, including proficiency in Outlook, Adobe, and Excel
  • Interest in learning and education in PMR or MB Securities Courses
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
