About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator, Financial & Asset Management to provide administrative and clerical support to the Head Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, banking, or a professional office environment and be comfortable handling financial documentation, reporting, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Letters of Credit requests to lenders and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
  • Prepare wire transfer requests.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly financial statements and annual financial reports.
  • Provide backup support for loan draw requests and development bond applications.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Distribute financial statements, tax slips, and reports to investor owners.
  • Communicate with and respond to investor owners professionally and promptly.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Assist with other administrative and financial projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Education or experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Legal Assistant, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a financial institution, law firm, accounting firm, or similar professional environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial/investment terminology and legal terminology is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and diplomatic when dealing with clients, investors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check is required.
