Description:
Staffmax is urgently hiring an experienced Agric Inside Sales Rep/Cost Estimator to join the continuously growing sales team in Winnipeg, MB.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to deal with customers
  • Background in Ag service industry, granular fertilizer blending equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of inside sales/customer service systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of inside sales/customer service products and services.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to exercise sound judgment
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for customers’ order requirements.
  • Perform sales quoting, pricing, and product sourcing.
  • Diligent follow-up on outstanding quotes and issues.
  • Receive and review purchase orders to confirm clear job specifications, blueprints, price quotes, require delivery dates, and preferred delivery methods.
  • Input purchase order information including inventory items, cost and time requirements.
  • Monitor customer inventory levels and take appropriate actions.
  • Monitor customer shipping performance and communicate with internal and external contacts if there are any issues.
  • Responsible for investigating all customer issues, working with other departments to resolve issues and for final follow up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to make and assist in implementing suggestions for improvements regarding internal processes and procedures.
  • Work with Business Development and Operations teams to provide technical support and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for various administrative tasks including spreadsheet maintenance, and other duties, as required.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/yr (DOQ) + Bonus
